TC4 titanium alloy is selected for CNC processing, which provides the product with excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and good toughness and weldability.
Processing Process:
Through a 5-axis CNC machining center, combined with customized drill bits and deburring processes, it is ensured that the hole finish is within the range of Ra1.6, flatness 0.01mm, and rotational groove angle tolerance 0.05 °. The product is free of burrs and flanging.
